Our agents are able to take emergency calls 24/7. Please call 803-777-9675 if you experience a facilities emergency like a water leak or flood, loss of power
or elevator malfunction.
Life-safety issues or property-damaging maintenance problems in on -campus residence halls should be submitted immediately by calling 803-777-3499 .
Non-Urgent Requests For non-urgent issues (light out in an office, trash or recycling pick up, pest control),
please use the online request form, which is received by Facilities Management Control.
Each request is handled through a priority system, which works to resolve issues quickly.
