The Brain Health Center will serve as a hub for the Brain Health Network and provide memory-loss care in the heart of Columbia.

Construction of the privately funded Norma Cannon Palms Rose Garden Pavilion, providing a shaded space for reflection in the historic Horseshoe Rose Garden.

Phase I of the West Stands Renovation will add suites and a premium club space to enhance the West Grandstand and expand premium seating options.
