Ways to engage
Our accomplished alumni and employer partners are vital to our students’ success. Explore the ways you can support them.
Employers can post open positions like internships, part-time and full-time positions on Handshake, the University’s official recruiting platform and students’ go-to resource for job opportunities.
Connect with students and grow your organization through on-campus events. You can participate in career fairs, present to a class or student organization, table in one of our academic buildings or host a skills-based workshop. We’ll work with you to create a tailored approach to connect with students.
Our students are eager to put their academic knowledge to work. Internships help you build your visibility on campus and bring innovative ideas to your organization. You might also find your next full-time hire here. We can help you create or enhance an internship experience that benefits both your organization and our students.
Share your expertise and support a student using USC’s Mentorship Hub, our online platform to connect our students with alumni in their field. You can help craft standout resumes, prep students for interviews, introduce them to your network and forge lasting professional connections.
You can also join our five-week Virtual Mentorship Program, offered each semester. You’ll be paired with students and guided through a simple, step-by-step format to share your advice and experience.
Mentors are also invited to campus for our annual Mentoring Night, where alumni and students can connect, practice networking and share career advice.
