2026 Living Well in Garnet & Black Health and Wellness Expo

Join us for the 2026 Living Well in Garnet & Black Health and Wellness Expo. Discover resources to help you thrive through every stage of life. Explore more than 40 vendor booths featuring health and retirement resources, employee benefits, financial planning and more.  Human Resources counselors will be available to answer your Open Enrollment questions.

This free event is open to Columbia campus faculty and staff. 

Cocky wavingSpecial Appearance by Cocky!

  • 11:30 a.m. - Cocky will be visiting the Russell House Ballroom to take photos and cheer on our healthy Gamecocks!
  • 11:45 a.m. - Join Cocky for a wellness walk around the Horseshoe! The walk will start at the Cocky statue off of Greene St. 
  • Remember to bring water, wear comfortable shoes and show your Gamecock spirit!

Health screenings

MFP Work Wellness HealthScan will offer health screenings. To sign up, please follow MFP Work Wellness instructions to register for a screening. 

Walk-in Services

The following walk-in services will also be available during the expo:

  • InBody 270 Body Composition Analysis: The InBody 270 accurately measures body composition in less than 15 seconds. You will receive a results sheet with key measures, including skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate and more. 
  • Functional movement screening
  • Vision screening: This vision screening is a basic test and does not replace a comprehensive eye exam with an optometrist.
  • Hearing test

Support the Gamecock CommUnity Shop

Support the Gamecock CommUnity Shop by bringing a donation to the expo. Your contribution helps provide free food, clothing and essential supplies to USC students, faculty and staff facing challenges meeting their basic needs. 

Flu shots

Flu shots will be available to eligible employees through the mobile flu clinic. Employees should bring a valid form of identification, such as a driver's license or USC ID. Mobile IDs are accepted. Employees are also encouraged to upload their insurance information to MyHealthSpace before arriving and have their insurance card available.

Mobile mammography

The PRISMA Health Mobile Mammography van will be at USC on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026. It will not be available during the expo. To schedule a mammogram, call 803-434-9100. Please bring your insurance card and photo ID to your appointment.
