Build a Dynamic Form for Registering Participants for Your Program
If your program plans to enroll a large number of participants, using the university’s web-based eforms “Dynamic Forms” might be more convenient than paper or fillable Word forms. Each program will need to build their own Dynamic form and will need some initial set-up and tech support.
