The Division of Marketing works with State Procurement to manage the Fixed Price Bid (FPB) for Marketing Services. Contact us to discuss your project. If your project requires vendor assistance, we can help you navigate the FPB process.

How to Use the FPB

  1. Contact Marketing with your proposed project.
  2. Define the scope of work.
  3. Marketing will assist in determining the best vendor fit for your project.
  4. Submit a requisition to Purchasing.
  5. Be sure your scope clearly states that the work is being completed in accordance with the solicitation.
  6. Once services are determined, a mandatory engagement agreement is required.

The FPB provides a streamlined, compliant way to work with pre-approved marketing vendors. The Division of Marketing is available to provide guidance and help match your project with preferred approved vendors in services including:

  • Marketing strategy
  • Graphic design
  • Videography
  • Photography
  • Writing
  • Public relations

Vendors not currently included may submit offers on the following dates: June 22, 2026, Dec. 8, 2026 and Dec. 6, 2027.
