Update on Schedule Planner, Shared on Behalf of the University Registrar, Aaron Marterer (9/26/2024)
Recently the link to Schedule Planner was removed from Self Service Carolina due to errors with the software that needed to be addressed. We know many use this feature to plan out potential schedules and the University is looking into other options as a replacement to the Shopping Cart tool.
Students can continue to use the Self Service Carolina ‘Browse Classes’ and the Enhanced Class Search (classes.sc.edu) to explore course options and develop schedules for registration. Here are two resources that can help with this process:
- Registration Help – This website has a wealth of information on the registration process, FAQs, and videos on the tools in Self Service Carolina.
- Quick Add CRNs – A quick guide on how to register for multiple classes at the same time using CRNs.
- Schedule Worksheet – Use this to plan out courses for the Spring 2025 semester! It is a fillable PDF, so you can create as many copies as you need with alternate schedules.

- Log back into Self Service Carolina.
- Please note you may have to follow these steps multiple times.
