Return to the Roost: Launch of Spur City Brewing  – April 15, 2026

Join us and the Cola Gamecocks for the official launch of a craft beer developed entirely by our students — from recipe formulation and branding to production and go-to-market strategy. This capstone project represents months of innovation, collaboration and hands-on learning. Come taste the results and celebrate the next generation of industry talent!
